Estatutos de la Sociedad, Artículo cuadragésimo tercero.- Composición: La Junta Directiva de la Terminal de Transportes de Pasto S.A., se compone de cinco (5) iembros principales y cinco (5) suplentes, que serán elegidos por la Asamblea General de Accionistas, por cociente electoral. La Junta Directiva será presidida por el Alcalde Municipal de Pasto o su delegado y en su ausencia, la Junta Directiva elegirá un Presidente para la respectiva reunión.
